TO ALL PRIMARY & DISTRIBUTOR MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION:
Dear Sir,
We would like to inform you that there has been a consistent request from our Members, that the Association should accept Complaints of Outstanding Dues of the last 3 years and include them in our Conciliation Process.
We are glad to inform you that the Association has decided to open a One-Time Special Window for a limited period from 13th June 2023 to 31st August 2023 in which the Association will accept Complaints of such old Outstanding’s, provided there exists a transaction for Sales/ Goods Return/ Money Receipt / Cheque Dishonour / within the period of last 3 years. i.e. from 01.09.2020 to 31.08.2023.
Kindly note that from 01.09.2023, the Association will accept only those Complaints where the last transaction as mentioned above is within the period of 18 months.
We, therefore, request all Members to make a note of the same and take maximum benefit of this One-Time Special Window to Lodge their old Complaints.
