Reliance Retail has acquired a controlling stake in fashion house Ritu Kumar for an undisclosed amount. Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd has acquired about 52% stake in Ritika Pvt. Ltd, the holding company of Ritu Kumar, according to a person.
