Cir No. 66 / 72nd NGF / 2021

Dear Friends,

I am happy to inform you that the 72nd National Garment Fair has been successfully concluded, with far better response than originally expected.

Full credit goes to the entire Fair Sub-Committee, led from the front by Rohit Munjal, Chairman, and Anand Chokshi, Joint Chairman. Both these Gentlemen were ably and wholeheartedly support by the Fair Sub Committee Members – Mukesh Jain, Ashok Thakkar, Nirav Sanghavi , Rajesh Morbia and Jagdish Harwani alogwith some other Managing Committee Members like Dinesh Nandu and Kirti Shah. I cannot but doff my hat to the entire Secretariat and Staff Members who faced the brunt of all action before and during the Fair. Ably guided by our Executive Director, Mohan Sadhwani and Secretary Chandrasekharan , the Fair team led by Shraddha Desai and supported by Vijay Sharma, Bhavesh Sanghavi, Hardik Shah & Rohan Wankhede did a fantastic job ! Congratulations and thank you to each one of them !

I would like to express my thanks to my dedicated and committed Office Bearers – Jayesh Shah, Santosh Katariya, Ankur Gadia, Naveen Sainani, and Paresh Vora – for their Presence, Guidance, and Encouragement throughout the Fair.

As you are well aware, Members of the Fair Committee have given yeoman service to the Industry over the years, often at some cost to their own businesses. However, the 72nd NGF was different, and special.

Whilst most of the people who were present at the Fair were either Participants or Retailers, this selfless bunch of Office Bearers and Fair Committee Members were there out of their sheer commitment to their responsibility and their desire to serve the Industry. Whilst many of us would have opted out of attending this Fair in order to avoid the crowds,
these people went out of their way and faced the Challenges and Risks.

Hats off to these selfless Members !
