- Incomplete forms or application without the supporting documents will not be accepted.
- On fulfilment of the above requirements, the visitor badges will be issued.
- Application form once submitted cannot be cancelled and are non-transferrable under any circumstances.
- Visitor registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If the event gets cancelled/postponed, then visitor will not get any refund or reimbursement.

- Visitor below 15 Years age is strictly not allowed.
- After the issue of visitor badge the rights of entry remains in the hands of organiser.
- We will send exhibition related information & reminder through e-mail, sms & whats app & other marketing tools.
- I agree to abide by terms & conditions applicable for registration of visitor.
