FINAL REMINDER FOR RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP WITH THE ASSOCIATION
The Association has sent the Second Reminder dated September 1, 2021 to those Members who have not yet Renewed their Subscription for the Financial Year 2020-21 informing such Members that if the Renewal of Membership is not received by the Association by September 30, 2021, such Members shall cease to be a Member of the Association from that Date and the Association will be compelled to Stop rendering all Services including sending of the in-House Magazine APPAREL. We give below a Table for 1/3 or 5 Year Membership Fees for the Information and Convenience of Members.
Members who have already Renewed their Membership may please ignore this.

CMAI’S VENDOR SOURCING FAIR (VSF)
The Association has decided to Organise “CMAI’s Vendor Sourcing Fair 2021” on November 24-25, 2021 at Hotel Sahara Star, Opp Domestic Airport, Mumbai 400 099.
PARTICIPATION IN THE CMAI’s VENDOR SOURCING FAIR 2021 IS OPEN ONLY TO CMAI MEMBERS.
The Association has sent a detailed Circular on the same to the Members requesting them to fill the Online Registration Form in all respects on the Link provided in the said Circular latest by September 18, 2021.
All Application Forms that will be received by the Association will be reviewed by the Screening Committee to ensure Balanced Representation in all Categories and all Confirmed Applicants will be informed by the email by September 30, 2021. The Decision of Screening Committee shall be Final and Binding.
In addition to the above, Special Allowance Payable for the Period 01-07-2021 to 31-12- 2021 is `5452=00 and is payable for all Classes and Zones.
Given below is the Zone wise break up in Mumbai & Maharashtra.
Zones in Maharashtra as classified by the Labour Deptt. Govt of Maharashtra
Zone I – Comprise of the area falling within the limits of all ‘A’ and ‘B’ class Municipal Corporations
Zone II – Comprise of the areas falling within the limits of all ‘C’ and ‘D’ class Municipal Corporation and ‘A’ class of Municipal Councils and Cantonment areas
Zone III – Comprise of all other areas in the state, which are not included in Zone I and Zone II.
REPRESENTATION ON IMC CHAMBER OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY
Mr Rahul Mehta, Chief Mentor of the Association will continue to represent the Association on the Managing Committee of IMC Chamber of Commerce & Industry for the Year 2021-22.
ACTIVITIES OF THE ASSOCIATION FOR THE MONTH OF JULY 2021
A brief Overview of the Activities which the Secretariat was able to accomplish during the Month of August 2021 has been sent to all Members on September 3, 2021.
REPRESENTATIONS/CIRCULARS:
Cir No 37/M-25/2021 dated July 28, 2021 sent by E-mail to all Members of the Association informing the Revised Market Access Initiative Scheme 20021 announced by the Govt of India.
Cir No 38/F-11/2021 dated July 31, 2021 sent by E-mail to all Members of the Association informing them that the Parliament recently passed the key provisions of Factoring Regulation (Amendment) Bill 2021 to assist MSME cash flow Management on July 27, 2021.
Cir No 39/M-3/2021 dated July 31, 2021 sent by E-mail to all Members of the Association listing out the Activities which the Secretariat was able to accomplish during the month of July 2021 for the Information of Members.
Cir no. 40/L-1/2021 dated August 9, 2021 sent by E-mail to all Members in Mumbai and Maharashtra informing them that the Minimum Wages Payable to the Workmen in the Readymade Garment.
Cir No 41/D-9 /2021 dated August 31, 2021 sent by E-mail to all Members of the Association informing them that a Grievance Redress Week from August 30, 2021 to September 3, 2021 has conducted by the Office of Additional Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) and that the Exporters concerned could utilise this opportunity for Redresses lf their Grievances as mentioned in the said Circular.
Cir No 42/VSF/2021 dated August 31, 2021 sent by E-mail to all Members of the Association informing them that the Association will be Organising “CMAI’s Vendor Sourcing Fair 2021” on November 24-25, 2021 at Hotel Sahara Star. Opp: Domestic Airport, Mumbai 400 099 and also requested the Members to inform the Association of their Confirmation by September 30, 2021.
