82nd National Garment Fair – Latest Edition

Establishing the National Garment Fairs and Regional Garment Fair is another Major Contribution of CMAI. Since its inception, CMAI’s National Garment Fair, Organised Twice a Year, is India’s most Respected Trade Fair connecting the National and Regional Brands, Manufacturers, Designers of Apparel and Fashion Accessories to the Indian Retailers and their Distribution Channels including Importers, High Street Retailers, Agents & Distributors, E-Commerce Companies. Being the Largest Conglomeration of Retailers and Manufacturers, it serves as a Single Sourcing Destination, thereby infusing efficiency of time and cost.

 82nd edition of the National Garment Fair (NGF), organised by the Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI), commenced today at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (NESCO), Goregaon East, Mumbai. The three-day event, running from January 20 to 22, 2026, was inaugurated by Shri Rohit Kansal, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.

The Guests of Honour at the inauguration included Shri Ashish Kewalramani of Ashish NX, Nagpur, and Shri Ganesh Narayan Beria of Nagarmal Sheonarain & Sons, Arrah, Bihar. Senior CMAI office bearers and industry representatives present included Mr. Santosh Katariya, President, CMAI; Mr. Rahul Mehta, Chief Mentor, CMAI; Mr. Rohit Munjal, Vice President and Chairman of the Fair Committee; Mr. Naveen Sainani, Hon. General Secretary; Mr. Paresh Vora, Hon. Treasurer; Mr. Mukesh Jain, Hon. Joint General Secretary; and Mr. Dinesh Nandu, Hon. Joint Treasurer, among others.

The National Garment Fairs has today not only become the most important Bi-Annual Trade Event for the Indian Domestic Market Apparel Industry, but also substantially contributes to the Growth of the overall Domestic Market Size.
