Dear Sir,

Enclosed please find herewith the Notification No. 07 / 2020 – Customs ( NT)dated 28^th January 2020 issued by Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Govt of India announcing the Revised Duty Drawback Rates w.e.f. 4^th February 2020.

The Duty Drawback Schedule for Chapters 61, 62 & 63 is also enclosed herewith for your ready reference.

We are also enclosing herewith Tables 1 & 2 comparing the Drawback Rate and Value Cap before and after revision and Analysis of India’s Top 20 Readymade Garment Products.

The New Duty Drawback Rates shall come into force from the 4^th of February 2020.
