71st National Garment Fair- Online
2nd September 2020 – 11th September 2020
Dear Sir,
We thank you for your Confirmation of Participation in the 71st National Garment Fair – Online scheduled to be held from 2nd September to 11th September 2020.
As earlier Intimated to you, you shall receive the Login Details to upload the Images of your Samples and Video/s by 21st August 2020.
As the above said Fair is Online, you will have to Photo Shoot your Garment Samples so that the same can be uploaded into your Stall on the Online Virtual Platform.
All Photographs and Videos that will be uploaded by you should be as per the following Technical Specifications
Product Video =100 MB max Per Video. Sample Photograph = 1 MB max in jpeg/png format . (Please note that all Sample Photographs should be in Portrait Mode ) Showcase Media (Videos and Hero Images): size width 720px x 960px height. (2x size) Design Listing Images (other Catalog Images): Any size above Width 720px X 1280px HeightTo assist you in, the Association has Empaneled 6 Agencies who could do the Photo Shoot of your Garment Samples. You can directly get in touch with them for your requirements .
Pl note that the Association will not be responsible for any Commercial Transaction / Deals between you and the Empaneled Agencies.
We are enclosing herewith the List of Empaneled Agencies for Photo Shoot along with their Rates for you reference.
