TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION:
Dear Sir,
We are glad to inform you that we have been informed by the Office of the Development Commissioner, Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India that they have granted Administrative Approval for Subsidy to the Exhibitors at the Vendor Sourcing Fair which is to be held on 26th to 28th April 2023 at Bombay Exhibition Center, NSE Complex, Goregaon (East), Mumbai – 400063, under component 5(A) of PMS Scheme. They have also informed us that the Event is now live on their MSME Portal and Exhibitors can now apply for Subsidy for the said Fair.
The Salient Features of Marketing Support Scheme are given below:
SUBSIDY WILL BE GRANTED BY MSME ON FIRST CUM FIRST SERVE BASIS TO THE FIRST 60 EXHIBITORS ONLY.
1. ELIGIBILITY :
Manufacturing MSEs (Micro and Small Enterprise only) Registered on Udyam.
The Scheme is not available for Traders and Medium Enterprises. In the Readymade Garment Industry, they have only allowed Garment Manufacturers and NOT TRADERS.
To apply for UDYAM Registration / to migrate from UDYOG to UDYAM, please visit: https://udyamregistration.gov.in/Government-India/Ministry-MSME-registration.htm
Update all Unit / Company details on MSME Databank (https://www.msmedatabank.in/) before filing the Application. This is mandatory for applying for subsidy.
2. APPLICATION:
The Unit must apply ONLINE on https://my.msme.gov.in/MyMsme/Reg/COM_MatuDomAppForm.aspx before 19th April 2023. On submitting the Application, Acknowledgement Mail will be received regarding successful submission of the application on the Portal. After scrutiny of the application by the Committee, MSME-DI will update the status RECOMMENDED / NOT RECOMMENDED by Mail.
3. SCHEME COMPONENTS FOR MARKETIBILITY ENHANCEMENT:
Participation of Individual MSEs in Domestic Trade Fairs / Exhibitions across the Country:

| Space Rental | 80% subsidy, on participation charges payable for minimum stall size of 16 sqm, for General Category Exhibitors and 100% subsidy, on participation charges payable for minimum stall size of 16 sqm, for Women / SC / ST / NER / PH / Aspirational District Exhibitors upto Rs. 1,59,296/- (including GST). |
| Contingency Expenditure | 100% contingency expenditure for all categories of exhibitor’s subject to maximum Rs 25000/- or actual, whichever is less. One representative from each exhibitor may travel limiting to AC II tier train fair / economy Class Air Fare per event. Local participants will be paid Rs.12/km as freight charges (transportation of goods charges) up to 50 kms. |
As and when Subsidy is released from the Ministry, the Claim Form will be generated on the https://my.msme.gov.in/ Portal itself.
4. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Receipt from CMAI towards 100% Participation Charges.
Please note that CMAI has no Role to play in this Scheme and is only Facilitating on behalf of its Members. Reimbursement Approval and Disbursement will be at the Sole Discretion of Ministry of MSME.
