Dear Sir,
We are glad to inform you that the Association will be organizing the North India Garment Fair on 30th & 31st May and 1st June 2023 at India Exposition Mart, Greater Noida 201310.
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE NORTH INDIA GARMENT FAIR, YOU WILL HAVE TO BECOME A PRIMARY MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION.

ALL STALLS WILL BE SHELL SCHEME STALLS ONLY AND NO BARE SPACE WILL BE ALLOTTED. LIMITED DECORATION WILL BE PERMITTED IN THIS FAIR.
The Booking of Stalls will Commence on Monday, 20th February 2023. All Applications would be Accepted on First-Come First-Serve Basis Only Subject to Availability of Stalls.
We are enclosing herewith Registration Form which may be filled in up in all respects and sent to the Association along with the Soft Copy of the LOGO of your Brand. Please note that the Registration Form will be accepted with the Minimum Advance Payment of 20% of the Full Participation Charges by a Current Dated Payable at par Cheque / Demand Draft / RTGS/ NEFT in favour of the Association. A Postdated Payable at par Cheque dated, 15th April 2023 for the Balance 80% of the Full Participation Charges should also be sent along with the Registration Form.
