74th National Garment Fair

We are glad to inform you that the Association will be organizing the 74th National Garment Fair on 1st to 3rd February 2022 at J W Marriott, Mumbai Sahar, Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Andheri, Mumbai 400 099.

PARTICIPATION IN THE 74TH NATIONAL GARMENT FAIR IS OPEN ONLY TO CMAI MEMBERS.

We are glad to inform you that the Fair Sub Committee has once again decided that all Members who Participate in the 74th National Garment Fair in February 2022 will get Preference to Book their Stall Requirement for the 75th National Garment Fair to be held in July 2022 in Mumbai.

We are enclosing herewith Registration Form stating the Types of Rooms / Stalls and the Participation Charges which may be filled in up in all respects and sent to the Association along with the Soft Copy of the LOGO of your Brand. Please note that the Registration Form will be accepted with the Minimum Advance Payment of 30% of the Full Participation Charges by a Current Dated Payable at par Cheque / Demand Draft / RTGS/ NEFT in favour of the Association. A Post-dated   Payable at par Cheque dated, 31st December 2021 for the Balance 70% of the Full Participation Charges should also be sent along with the Registration Form. A Post-dated Cheque towards the Refundable Security Deposit of Rs. 15,000/-dated 21st January 2022 should be sent along with the Registration Form.

The Booking of Room / Stall will Commence on Tuesday, 23rd November 2021. All Applications would be Accepted on First-Come First-Serve Basis Only Subject to Availability of Rooms.

All Bookings received for Suite (Executive) Rooms, Suite (Premium) Rooms, Standard (2 Room – Inter Connected), Studios and Stalls at the Grand Ballroom & Stalls at the Open Ground from 23rd November to 27th November 2021 will be considered as received on the same Day.

All Suite (Executive) Rooms, Suite (Premium) Rooms, Standard (2 Room – Inter Connected), Studios and Stalls in the Grand Ballroom & Stalls at the Open Ground will be put in Draw of Lots if the Bookings received are more than the Available Suite (Executive) Rooms, Suite (Premium) Rooms, Standard (2 Room – Inter Connected), Studios and Stalls in the Grand Ballroom & Stalls at the Open Ground.

The Draw of Lot for Allotment of Rooms / stalls is Proposed to be held in Mid January 2022 in Mumbai. The exact Date, Venue and Time will be intimated to you at a later Date.

Members who are interested to Participate in the 74th National Garment Fair are requested to send their Application Form duly filled in with all the required Details to the Office of the Association.
