We are glad to inform you that the Association will be organizing the 3rdNorth India Garment Fair from 27thto 29th May 2025 at Yashobhoomi (IICC), Sector 25, Dwarka, New Delhi -110077
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 3rdNORTH INDIA GARMENT FAIR, YOU WILL HAVE TO BECOME A PRIMARY MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION.

ALL STALLS WILL BE SHELL SCHEME STALLS ONLY AND NO BARE SPACE WILL BE ALLOTTED. LIMITED DECORATION WILL BE PERMITTED IN THIS FAIR.
The Booking of Stalls will Commence on Friday, 21stFebruary 2025, 11.00 AMOnwards. All Applications would be Accepted on First-Come First-Serve Basis OnlySubject to Availability of Stalls.
NOTE – THERE WILL BE A 10% ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR TWO SIDE OPEN STALL. AND THE SAME WILL HAVE TO BE PAID IMMEDIATELY ALONG WITH 20% ADVANCE PAYMENT TOWARDS THE PARTICIPATION. THE ASSOCIATION RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO CANCEL THE REQUEST FOR TWO SIDE OPEN STALL IF THE PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED.
IF THE ASSOCIATION RECEIVES MORE REQUEST FOR TWO SIDE OPEN STALL THAN THE AVAILABILITY THEN THE SAME WILL BE ALLOTTED BY DRAW OF LOTS.
NO CANCELLATION WILL BE PERMITTED DUE TO NON – ALLOCATION OF TWO SIDE OPEN STALL.
We are enclosing herewith Registration Form which may be filled in up in all respects and sent to the Association along with the Soft Copy of the LOGO of your Brand. Please note that the Registration Form will be accepted with the Minimum Advance Payment of 20% of the Full Participation Charges by a Current Dated Payable at par Cheque / Demand Draft / RTGS/ NEFT in favour of the Association. A Postdated Payable at par Cheque dated, 17thApril 2025for the Balance 80% of the Full Participation Charges should also be sent along with the Registration Form.
This is a notice to all CMAI Member Manufacturers and Exhibitors. Please be aware that playing or sharing sound recordings in public without the proper permissions is a violation of the Copyright Act, 1957. If you break this law, you could face fines, penalties, or other damages. CMAI will not be responsible for any fines or penalties that result from such violations; individual members or exhibitors will have to pay these themselves. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that all CMAI Member Manufacturers and Exhibitors obtain the necessary licenses or permissions before playing or sharing sound recordings in public.

The Draw of Lot for Allotment of Stalls is Proposed to be held in the Month of May 2025. The exact Date, Venue and Time will be intimated to you at a later Date.
We are glad to inform you, the NIGF Sub Committee has decided that all Members who Participate in the 3rdNorth India Garment Fair to be held from 27thTo 29thMay 2025 will get a Preference to Confirm their Participation in the 81stNational Garment FairScheduled to be held from 23rdTo 25thJune 2025 for Kids Wear & 14thTo 16thJuly 2025 for Men’s and Women’s Wearin Mumbai.
Please note that the Exhibitor who Cancel the Stall in the 3rdNorth India Garment Fair will not get a Preference to Book a Stall in 81stNational Garment Fair.
