TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION:
Dear Sir,
We would like to inform you that we have been informed by the Office of the Development Commissioner, Ministry of MSME, Govt of India that they have granted Administrative Approval for Subsidy to the Exhibitors at the 2nd Vendor Sourcing Fair which is to be held on 24th & 25th November 2022 at Jio World Convention Centre, G-Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai – 400098. under component 5(A) of PMS Scheme.
The Salient Features of Marketing Support Scheme are given below:
SUBSIDY WILL BE GRANTED BY MSME ON FIRST CUM FIRST SERVE BASIS FOR FIRST 60 EXHIBITORS ONLY.
1. ELIGIBITY CONDITION:
Manufacturing I Service Sector MSEs (Micro and Small Enterprise only) Registered on Udyam.
The Scheme is not available for Traders and Medium Enterprises. In the Readymade Garment Industry, they have only allowed Garment Manufacturers and NOT TRADERS.
To apply for UDYAM Registration / to migrate from UDYOG to UDYAM, please visit the Website : www.udyamregistration.gov.in
Update all Unit / Company details on MSME Databank ( https://www.msmedatabank.in/ ) before filing the Application. This is mandatory for applying for subsidy.
2. SELECTION OF MSEs:
The Unit will apply ONLINE on https://my.msme.gov.in/MyMsme/Reg/COM_MatuDomAppForm.aspx at least 7 (Seven) Days prior to the commencement of Trade Fairs / Exhibitions. On submitting the application, Auto Mail will be received regarding successful submission of the application on the Portal. After scrutiny of the application by the Committee, MSME-DI will update the status RECOMMENDED / NOT RECOMMENDED by Auto Mail.
Please note that CMAI has no Role to play in this Scheme and is only Facilitating on behalf of its Members. Reimbursement Approval and Disbursement will be at the Sole Discretion of Ministry of MSME.
CMAI will only provide Guidance to its Members to Complete the Application
3. SCHEME COMPONENTS FOR MARKETIBILITY ENHANCEMENT:
Participation of Individual MSEs in Domestic Trade Fairs / Exhibitions across the Country:
As and when Subsidy is received from the Ministry, the Claim Form will be generated on the Portal itself.
4. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Invoice / Receipt from CMAI towards participation charges.
