Dear Sir,
We are glad to inform you that the Association will be Organizing THE 4th CMAI FAB Show from 15th to 17th April 2024 at Bombay Exhibition Center, NSE Complex, Goregaon (East), Mumbai – 400 063.
PARTICIPATION IN THE CMAI FAB SHOW IS OPEN TO MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION.

The Association has DECIDED TO ACCEPT ONLY ONLINE BOOKING OF STALLS FROM THE MEMBERS FOR THIS FAIR.

Please note that the Booking of Stalls will commence on MONDAY 11TH DECEMBER 2023 FROM 10.00 AM ONWARDS. All Applications would be Accepted on a First-Come-First-Serve Basis Only (Subject to the Availability of Stall Size).

NOTE – THERE WILL BE A 10% ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR TWO SIDE OPEN STALL. AND THE SAME WILL HAVE TO BE PAID IMMEDIATELY ALONG WITH 20% ADVANCE PAYMENT TOWARDS THE PARTICIPATION. THE ASSOCIATION RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO CANCEL THE REQUEST FOR TWO SIDE OPEN STALL IF THE PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED.
IF THE ASSOCIATION RECEIVES MORE REQUEST FOR TWO SIDE OPEN STALL THAN THE AVAILABILITY THEN THE SAME WILL BE ALLOTTED BY DRAW OF LOTS.
NO CANCELLATION WILL BE PERMITTED DUE TO NON – ALLOCATION OF TWO SIDE OPEN STALL.
Exhibitor needs toathe Box given in the Online Booking Form for the same.
Please note that this Registration Form will be considered only if the Minimum Advance Payment of 20% of the Full Participation Charges by a Current Dated Payable at par Cheque
/ Demand Draft / RTGS / NEFT in favour of the Association & a Post Dated Payable at par Cheque dated 4th March 2024 for the Balance 80% of the Full Participation Charges
is Received by the Office of the Association.

The Draw of Lot for Allotment of Stalls is Proposed to be held in the Mid March 2024 in Mumbai. The Exact Date, Time & Venue will be intimated to the Exhibitors at a later Date.
Members who are interested to Participate in the 4th CMAI FAB Show are requested to send their Application Form duly filled in with all the required Details to the Office of the Association.
