68th INDIA INTERNATIONAL GARMENT FAIR
Autumn / Winter 2023-24
Dear Sir,
This is further to our Circular No 28 /68th IIGF / 22 dated 12th October 2022 announcing that the 68th India International Garment Fair (IIGF) Autumn/Winter 2023-24 will be held from 07 – 09 February 2023 at India Exposition Mart, Greater Noida.
We are glad to inform you that during the 67th India International Garment Fair, there were some Leading Brands and Retailers Sourcing Representatives from Lulu Group, Apparel UAE, Lizzard Pty, Decofurn ( Hub Com ) Qattous Group etc who were keen in Sourcing Men’s Wear , Kids Wear and Knitwear Items. These Buyers were also looking for Manufacturers from the Western Eastern and Southern Regions as they could not undertake travels to these Regions due to paucity of time.
In this Edition, the IGFA is planning to create a Special Section for “ Men’s Wear”, “Kids Wear” and “Knit Wear” Sections near to the Entry to the Fair.
The IGFA is also providing the following Special Incentives for the Participants in the “Men’s Wear” “Kids Wear” and “ Knit Wear Section”
A. ONE RETURN AIR FARE ( LOWEST ECONOMY CLASS AIRFARE PREVAILING ONE MONTH PRIOR TO THE FAIR ) ON BOOKING OF STALL SIZE UPTO 18 SQ. MTR.
B. TWO RETURN AIR FARE ( LOWEST ECONOMY CLASS AIRFARE PREVAILING ONE MONTH PRIOR TO THE FAIR) ON BOOKING OF STALL SIZE OF 24 SQ MTR. AND ABOVE.
THE ABOVE SPECIAL INCENTIVE (A OR B) WILL BE REIMBURSED ONLY AFTER THE CONCLUSION OF THE FAIR
BUYERS PROMOTION :
Under the Buyer Promotion Scheme, the IGFA will be inviting Overseas Buyers by offering them various facilities like 3 Nights Stay in a 5 Star Hotels, Airport Pick Up and Drops, Pick up and Drop from Hotel to Fair Venue & Back, Breakfast, Lunch at the Fair Venue on all 3 Days of the Fair. IGFA is also providing 2 Nights Hotel Stay to the Buying Agents( Outside Delhi NCR/ Jaipur Region ) with all other facilities offered to the Overseas Buyers.
We request you to kindly send us your booking immediately in the enclosed Application Form & Product List duly completed along with 25% Advance Payment by way of Demand Draft/Payable at par Cheque in favour of “International Garment Fair Association” Payable at New Delhi and submit to our Association, at the earliest to avoid any disappointment at the last minute.
