Dear Sir,
We would like to inform you that the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India vide its Notification No. 77/2023-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated 20.10.2023 has revised the Rates for the Duty Drawback w.e.f 30th October 2023.
We are enclosing herewith the said Notification alongwith only the Comparative Statement of Chapter 61 & 62 (Apparel Knitted or Crocheted & Non Knitted or Crocheted) showing the Old and Revised Rates for your convenience.
We are also glad to state that Duty Drawback Rates have gone up in respect of most of the Apparel products and Members will now be able to take advantage of the enhanced Duty Drawback Rates.
