78th National Garment Fair

Dear Sir,
We are glad to inform you that the Association will be organizing the 78th National Garment Fair from 29th To 31stJanuary 2024 at Bombay Exhibition Center, Nesco Complex, Goregaon East, Mumbai 400063.
PARTICIPATION IN THE 78TH NATIONAL GARMENT FAIR IS OPEN ONLY TO CMAI MEMBERS.
ALL STALLS WILL BE SHELL SCHEME STALLS ONLY AND NO BARE SPACE WILL BE ALLOTTED. NO DECORATION WILL BE PERMITTED IN THIS FAIR.
The Association has DECIDED TO ACCEPT ONLY ONLINE BOOKING OF STALLS FROM THE MEMBERS FOR THIS FAIR.
THE EXHIBITOR CAN BOOK ONLY TWO STALLS PER COMPANY
The Booking of Stalls will Commence from Wednesday, 25th October 2023 at 10.00 AM. All Applications would be Accepted on First-Come-First-Serve Basis Only Subject to Availability of Stalls.

Interested Members are requested to check their Details on the above given link to avoid last minute Disappointment.
Note – There will be an Option for 2 Side Open Stall with Additional Charges which will be Allotted by Draw Of Lots & Subject to Availability of the Particular Size of Stall Only. The Additional Charges will have to be Paid alongwith 20% Advance Payment. After Stall is Allotted by Draw Of Lots, No Cancellation will be Permitted Due to Non – Allotment of 2 Side Open Stall.
The Rate for 2 Side Open Stalls are as Follows:
1) 12 SQM TO 18 SQM – No Additional Charges
2) 24 SQM TO 35 SQM – Rs. 10,000/- + 18% GST
3) 36 SQM TO 49 SQM – Rs. 15,000/- + 18% GST
Exhibitor need to tick the box given in the Online Booking Form for the same
We are glad to inform you that the Fair Sub Committee has once again decided that all Members who Participate in the 78th National Garment Fair to be held from 29th To 31stJanuary 2024 will get a Preference to Confirm their Participation in the 79th National Garment Fair Scheduled to be held in July 2024 in Mumbai.
Please note that this Registration Form will be considered only if the Minimum Advance Payment of 20% of the Full Participation Charges by a Current Dated Payable at par Cheque / Demand Draft / RTGS / NEFT in favour of the Association & a Post Dated Payable at par Cheque dated 19th December 2023 for the Balance 80% of the Full Participation Charges is Received by the Office of the Association within 48Hrs from the Submission of the Booking Form failing which the Association Reserves the Right to Cancel your Application Form.
