Dear Sir,

This is further to our E-mail dated 3rd February 2022.

We would like to inform you that the Association has decided to discontinue the arrangements with M/s Optimum Utility Solutions Pvt Ltd (OUS) 702, Shah Trade Centre, Rani Sati Marg, Near Passport Office, Malad – Mumbai 400 097 for Publishing and Marketing of CMAI’s “APPAREL” Magazine w.e.f. 31st August 2022.

Members are therefore advised NOT TO DEAL with M/s Optimum Utility Solutions Pvt Ltd (OUS) on any matters pertaining to the Advertisements of both, the Print and Digital Version OF CMAI’S APPAREL and the Association shall not be Responsible for the same.

We request you to kindly make a note of the same.

We would like to inform you that our Association with M/s Spenta Multimedia Pvt Ltd, Mumbai for Publication of CMAI’s “APPAREL” Magazine has come to an end on 31st January 2022.

We have now Appointed M/s Optimum Utility Solutions Pvt Ltd (OUS) 702, Shah Trade Centre, Rani Sati Marg, Near Passport Office, Malad – Mumbai 400 097 to bring out CMAI’s

“APPAREL” Magazine ( Print & Digital Version ) from February 2022 onwards.

We have therefore, Authorised the Representatives of “OUS” to Source Advertisements from our Members for both, the Print and Digital Version.
