TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION:

Dear Sir,

As you are aware, your Association is trying its level best to Resolve the Payment Disputes of our Members through Conciliation & Arbitration Process.

We also Publish the Conciliation & Arbitration Summary Report every month in the E-Version of APPAREL sent through a Link. 

We are happy to inform you that during the 75th National Garment Fair Organised by the Association between 19th & 22nd July 2022, the Conciliation & Arbitration Sub Committee of the Association blocked 24 Buyers/Agents and Recovered more than Rs. 20 Lakhs during these 4 Days.

The Sub Committee thanks all Members for being alert and Supporting the Association in making the Industry better.

We once again advise all our Members to mandatorily Print on all Invoices / Contracts / Purchase Orders the following Arbitration Clause.

“All disputes, or differences arising between the Parties out of or relating to this contractshall be resolved under “Arbitration Rules of CMAI” and the Award made in pursuance thereof shall be binding on the Parties.
