Dear Sir,
This has further to our Circular No. 50 / B-4 / 2023 Dtd 8th February 2023 as the above Subject.
We are glad to inform you that the “FINAL PARTICIPATION CHARGES” in the “Brands of India” Show are as under:

PLEASE NOTE THAT GST WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE FOR THE “BRANDS OF INDIA” Show.
We are also glad to inform you that the Association has applied for the MAI GRANT for the “Brands of India” Show with the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India. When the Association receives the Approval & the Grant the same will be disbursed to all the Eligible Exhibitors as per the MAI Norms.
The Above Participation Charges include:
A. 4 Night Hotel Stay on Twin Sharing Basis (Inclusive of Breakfast).Check-In on 26th November 2023 and Check-out on 30th November 2023
B. Shuttle Transfer for 2 Persons Per Stall from Hotel to Venue & Back on all Exhibition Days.
C. Buffet Lunch for 2 Persons Per Stall on all Exhibition Days.
TWO SIDE OPEN STALLS
| THERE WILL BE A 10% ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR TWO SIDE OPEN STALL WHICH WILL BE ALLOTED BY DRAW OF LOTS ONLY. THE ADDITIONAL 10% CHARGE WILL HAVE TO BE PAID IMMEDIATELY AFTER STALLS ARE ALLOTTED BY DRAW OF LOTS.NO CANCELLATION WILL BE PERMITTED DUE TO NON – ALLOCATION OF TWO SIDE OPEN STALL. |

All Members who are interested to Participate in the Brands of India are requested to Fill up the attached Registration Form and send the same along with the Full Payment by a RTGS / NEFT / Current Dated Payable at par Cheque / Demand Draft / in favour of the Association to 901, Naman Midtown, A, Wing, Behind Kamgar Kala Kendra, Senapati Bapat Marg, Prabhadevi (West), Mumbai 400 013.
