We reproduce below the Contents of an E-mail received from MSME Business Solutionon Export Promotion Policy 2023 of Govt of Maharashtra which is providing comprehensive support to Exporters, MSMEs, and Special Large-Scale Industries.
If you are a Manufacturing Unit, Exporting at least 50% of your Annual Turnover, then you can avail the benefit given by the Maharashtra State Government under this Policy.

The Maharashtra Export Promotion Policy 2023 aims to position Maharashtra as a leading export hub in India by providing comprehensive support to exporters, MSMEs, and special large-scale industries.
If you are a manufacturing unit, exporting at least 50% of your annual turnover, then you can avail the benefit given by the Maharashtra State Government under this policy.
For MSME (Asset cost up to 50cr):
1. ECGC Refund: The refund of premium consignments under ECGC for up to first 5-10 consignments.
2. Special Export Incentive: Upto 1-2% of incremental increase in export turnover for 5-7 years (Additional 1% for For Agro, Food, Marine & Aqua Industry
3. Interest Subsidy: Interest Subsidy at 5% on 100% FCI for 5 years will be applicable
4. Assistance for Participation in International Exhibitions: 50%-75% subsidy (Up to Rs.3 Lac)
5. Subsidy for Trade Delegations: MSMEs participating in international delegations will get 50% subsidy (75% for women/SC/ST) max up to Rs. 1 Lacs
6. Logistics Subsidy for First-Time MSME Exporters: 50% (up to ₹1 Lakh per MSME per year.) reimbursement of total logistics expenditure (shipping, freight, and other logistics costs.) for the first 3 years.
For Special LSI (Asset cost above 50cr):
1. Special capital Incentive: 30% Capital Subsidy on plant-machinery upto Rs. 1-1.5 Crs
2. Electricity duty exemption: 100% electricity exception for upto first 5-7 years
3. EPF Refund: Reimbursement of up to 50-75% employer share towards employees’ provident fund contribution
