TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION:
Dear Members,
As you may have been aware, there has been a considerable uncertainty about the fate of the Scheme of Buyout between the Reliance Group and the Future Group.
It appears that the Scheme is now called off.
On behalf of its Members, CMAI would like to make a combined representation to the Parties and Authorities concerned about the status of the outstanding dues of its Members from the various Group Companies of the Future Group.
Towards this, and to help us make a combined representation, we request all Members who have outstanding dues from the Future Group Companies to submit a statement to CMAI in the following format:

( * Please note the Membership has to be active and valid as of 1st April 2022. Please contact the CMAI Office in case of any query on the status of your Membership).
