TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION:
Dear Sir,
We would like to inform you that at the last Annual General Meeting ( 60th AGM ) of the Association held on 29th September 2023, Members who attended the said AGM debated on Point No 4 viz; “ To Consider sending the Digital Copy of the Audited Statement of Accounts , Balance Sheet, Auditors Report and Annual Report of the Association by E-mail to all the Members of the Association. In case any Member wishes to have the Hard Copy of the above, the same shall be provided to him / her by the Office of the Association” .
The Chairman who presided over the said AGM pointed out to the Members that by sending the Physical Copy to all Members , the Association will incur Expenses of Approx. Rs. 3.50 Lakhs.
Members deliberated on this and unanimously decided to send a Questionnaire on Google Form to all Members of the Association and seek their Opinion on this and based on the response , the Association should take a Final Decision.
Accordingly, we are enclosing herewith a Questionnaire in Google Link https://forms.gle/qUDXJGKuyYNSKD5n6 and request all Members to give their Opinion by filling up the Questionnaire and send it to us at the earliest.
