Dear Sir,
We are glad to inform you that the Association will be organizing the 2nd Edition of Brands of India Show from Monday 17th to 19th September 2024 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, U.A.E.
PARTICIPATION IN THE BRANDS OF INDIA SHOW IS OPEN ONLY TO CMAI MEMBERS.
ALL STALLS WILL BE SHELL SCHEME STALLS ONLY AND NO BARE SPACE WILL BE
ALLOTTED AND LIMITED DECORATION, AS FINALISED BY THE FAIR SUB COMMITTEE, WILL BE PERMITTED IN THIS SHOW.
The Stall Sizes & Participation Charges are as under

| 16 SQM | 3,50,000 |
NOTE – THERE WILL BE A 10% ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR TWO SIDE OPEN STALL. AND THE SAME WILL HAVE TO BE PAID IMMEDIATELY ALONG WITH 20% ADVANCE PAYMENT TOWARDS THE PARTICIPATION. THE ASSOCIATION RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO CANCEL THE REQUEST FOR TWO SIDE OPEN STALL IF THE PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED.
IF THE ASSOCIATION RECEIVES MORE REQUEST FOR TWO SIDE OPEN STALL THAN THE AVAILABILITY THEN THE SAME WILL BE ALLOTTED BY DRAW OF LOTS.
NO CANCELLATION WILL BE PERMITTED DUE TO NON – ALLOCATION OF TWO SIDE OPEN STALL.

Please Note that the Booking of Stalls WILL COMMENCE on Monday, 13th May 2024. All Applications would be Accepted on a First-Come-First-Serve Basis only Subject to the Availability of Stall Size. The Stall Booking will Close once the Stall Size/s is Sold out.
Please Note that this Registration Form will be considered only if the Minimum Advance Payment of 20% of the Full Participation Charges by a Current Dated Payable at par Cheque / Demand Draft / RTGS / NEFT in favour of the Association andPost Dated Payable at par Cheque dated 5th August 2024 for the Balance 80% of the Full Participation Charges is received by the Office of the Association.

The Draw of Lot for Allotment of Stalls is Proposed to be held in August 2024 in Mumbai. The exact Date, Venue and Time will be intimated to you at a later Date.
THE ASSOCIATION WOULD BE GLAD TO ASSIST & GUIDE ALL MEMBERS WHO WOULD BE PARTICIPATING IN THE BRANDS OF INDIA SHOW FOR THE FIRST TIME.
Members who are interested to Participate in the 2nd Edition of Brands Of India Show are requested to Book their Stall at the earliest.
