Brands of India Show
27th to 29th November 2023

Dear Sir,
We are glad to inform you that the Association will be organizing the Brands of India Show from Monday 27th to Wednesday 29th November 2023 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, U.A.E.
THIS EDITION OF THE BRANDS OF INDIA SHOW WILL BE A NO DECORATION SHOW.
ALL STALLS WILL BE SHELL SCHEME STALLS ONLY AND NO BARE SPACE WILL BE
ALLOTTED AND LIMITED DECORATION, AS FINALISED BY THE FAIR SUB COMMITTEE, WILL BE PERMITTED IN THIS SHOW.
PARTICIPATION IN THE BRANDS OF INDIA SHOW IS OPEN ONLY TO CMAI MEMBERS.
The Stall Sizes & Participation Charges are mentioned as under

| NOTE – THERE WILL BE A 10% ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR TWO SIDE OPEN STALL WHICH WILL BE ALLOTED BY DRAW OF LOTS ONLY. THE ADDITIONAL 10% CHARGE WILL HAVE TO BE PAID IMMEDIATELY AFTER STALL IS ALLOTTED BY DRAW OF LOTS.NO CANCELLATION WILL BE PERMITTED DUE TO NON – ALLOCATION OF TWO SIDE OPEN STALL. KINDLY TICK THE BOX IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A 2 SIDE OPEN STALL. |

Please Note that the Booking of Stalls WILL COMMENCE on Wednesday, 8th February 2023 from 11.00 AM Onwards. All Applications would be Accepted on a First-Come-First-Serve Basis only Subject to the Availability of Stall Size. The Stall Booking will Close once the Stall Size/s is Sold out.
Please note that this Registration Form will be considered only if the Minimum Advance Payment of 20% of the Full Participation Charges by a Current Dated Payable at par Cheque / Demand Draft / RTGS / NEFT in favour of the Association Latest by 24th February 2023 & a Post Dated Payable at par Cheque dated 15th May 2023 for another 20% Advance and Post Dated Payable at par Cheque dated 2nd September 2023 for the Balance 60% of the Full Participation Charges is received by the Office of the Association.
