73rd National Garment Fair
2nd to 5th August 2021
Dear Sir,
We are glad to inform you that the Association will be organizing the 73rd National Garment Fair From 2nd to 5th August 2021 at Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences, Off, Western Express Highway, Santacruz (East), Mumbai 400 055 for Mens & Womens Wear and at JW Marriott, Mumbai Sahar, Near Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Andheri, Mumbai 400 099 for Kids Wear
PARTICIPATION IN THE 73RD NATIONAL GARMENT FAIR IS OPEN ONLY TO CMAI MEMBERS.
We are enclosing herewith Room Booking Form stating the Types of Rooms and the Participation Charges which may be filled in up in all respects and sent to the Association along with the Soft Copy of the LOGO of your Brand. Please note that the Registration Form will be accepted with the Minimum Advance Payment of 30% of the Full Participation Charges by a Payable at par Cheque / Demand Draft Dated 10th June 2021 / RTGS/ NEFT in favour of the Association. A Postdated Payable at par Cheque dated , 25th June 2021 for the Balance 70% of the Full Participation Charges should also be sent along with the Registration Form. A Postdated Cheque towards the Refundable Security Deposit Per Room of Rs. 15,000/- dated 22nd July 2021 should be sent along with the Registration Form.

The Booking of Rooms will Commence on Tuesday, 1st June 2021. All Applications would be Accepted on First-Come First-Serve Basis Only Subject to Availability of Rooms.
Considering the current situation of Lockdown in various Areas, all Bookings received for Premium Rooms, Studios and Stalls in the Grand Ballroom upto 7th June 2021 will be considered as received on the same Day.
All Premium Rooms, Studios and Stalls in the Grand Ballroom will be put in Draw of Lots if the Bookings received are more than the Available Premium Rooms, Studios and Stalls in the Grand Ballroom.
Members who Participated in the 72nd National Garment Fair will be assured a Standard Room in the 73rd National Garment Fair to be held from 2nd to 5th August 2021 in Mumbai provided they Submit their Room Booking Form by 7th June 2021
We are glad to inform you that the Association will be providing Free Shuttle Services between Both the Venues to facilitate easy movement of the Retailers who visit the Fair.
The Draw of Lots for Allotment of Rooms is Proposed to be held in Mid July 2021 in Mumbai. The exact Date, Venue and Time will be intimated to you at a later Date.
Members who are Interested to Participate in the 73rd National Garment Fair are requested to send their Room Booking Form duly filled in with all the required Details to the Office of the Association.
