Dear Sir,
We would like to inform you that Public Health Department , Government of Maharashtra , vide its Notification No. ESIS 2015 /C.R 150/RAKVI -2 dated 29th September 2020 has Extended the Applicability of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 to Establishments / Shops having 10 or more Persons With Effect From October 01, 2020 against its earlier Limit of 20 Persons.
The Gazette Notification, in English & Marathi , dated 10th September 2020 and the Corrigendum in English dated 29th September 2020 and in Marathi dated 30th September are enclosed herewith.
