Notice is hereby given that the 57th Annual General Meeting of The Clothing Manufacturers Association of India will be held on Wednesday, 30th September 2020 at 4.00 P.M at the Mumbai Office of the Association at 901, Naman Midtown, “ A” Wing, Behind Kamgar Kala Kendra, Senapati Bapat Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai 400 013 to transact the following business.
1) To Confirm the Minutes of the 56th Annual General Meeting held on 22nd October 2019 (Copy Enclosed with the Annual Report).
2) To Consider and Adopt the Annual Report of the Association along with Audited Statement of Accounts, Balance Sheet and Auditor’s Report for the Year ended 31st March 2020.
3) To Consider Appointment of Statutory Auditors for the Financial Year 2020-21 and to fix their Remuneration.
4) To Declare Results of the Election of Members to the Managing Committee and to the Reginal Committees for the Years 2020-21 & 2021-22 by Returning Officer.
5) To Consider any other Matter with the Permission of the Chair.
