CMAI Successfully Concluded the Inaugural Edition of TRENDHAUS 2026 – India Brands Collective

The Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI) successfully concluded the inaugural edition of TRENDHAUS 2026 – India Brands Collective in Mumbai, marking a new chapter in the country’s apparel booking ecosystem. The platform opened on January 26, 2026, in the presence of CMAI leadership and heads of participating brands, signalling a collaborative approach towards strengthening brand–retailer engagement.

TRENDHAUS 2026 was a curated, by-invitation-only booking fair that brought together 11 leading Indian fashion brands—Classic Polo, Easies, Gini & Jony, Indian Terrain, Integriti, Jr Killer, Killer, Nostrum, Spykar, Status Quo and Twills—under one roof. Conceptualised as a closed-door and focused business forum, the initiative enabled retailers to preview Autumn-Winter 2026 collections, engage directly with brand teams and place advance seasonal orders in a structured and professional setting.

Speaking at the launch, Santosh Katariya, President, CMAI, said, “Platforms like TRENDHAUS played a critical role in strengthening the apparel industry’s ecosystem by bringing brands and retailers together in a focused, outcome-driven environment. Such curated booking forums not only improved seasonal planning and business efficiency but also encouraged deeper collaboration, transparency and long-term partnerships. Initiatives like these helped the industry move towards greater professionalism, predictability and sustainable growth. CMAI ensured that attendees experienced never-seen-before, customised and exclusive services, complemented by the finest hospitality, making TRENDHAUS a truly productive and enriching platform.”

The five-day fair facilitated one-to-one business meetings between brands and retail decision-makers from across India. CMAI extended an all-expenses-paid invitation to nearly 2,000 pre-identified retail outlets, including MBOs, EBOs, large-format stores, e-commerce players and franchise partners. Networking dinners and interaction forums were also curated to encourage long-term partnerships and strengthen business relationships.

Each brand was showcased through custom-designed pavilions ranging from 4,000 sq. ft. to 30,000 sq. ft., offering an immersive view of their upcoming collections. With the successful completion of TRENDHAUS 2026, CMAI reinforced its commitment to building high-impact, industry-led platforms that drove growth, efficiency and collaboration across the Indian apparel sector.
