83^rd National Garment Fair

Dear Sir,

We are glad to inform you that the Association will be Organizing the 83^rd National Garment Fair from Monday 13^th July 2026 to Wednesday 15^th July 2026 at MMRDA Ground, Bandra Kurla Complex, Near Asian heart Hospital, Bandra East, Mumbai 400 051 for Men’s Section

PARTICIPATION IN THE 83^rd NATIONAL GARMENT FAIR IS OPEN ONLY TO CMAI MEMBERS.

ALL STALLS BELOW 56 SQM WILL BE SHELL SCHEME STALLS ONLY. BARE SPACE WILL BE ALLOTTED FOR 56 SQM & ABOVE ONLY.

The Stall Sizes & Participation Charges are as under

Please note that Exhibitors are required to Pay a Refundable Security Deposit along with the 20% Advance Payment, as outlined below.

1. 12 SQM TO 18 SQM – Rs. 10,000/-
2. 24 SQM TO 35 SQM – Rs. 15,000/-
3. 40 SQM TO 56 SQM – Rs. 20,000/-
4. 63 SQM TO 84 SQM – Rs. 25,000/-
5. 96 SQM TO 112 SQM – Rs. 30,000/-

This deposit is collected by the Association to ensure compliance with event rules and to cover any potential damages caused by the exhibitor or their fabricator during the construction or exhibition period.

The security deposit will be refunded after the conclusion of the show, subject to satisfactory clearance and confirmation that no damages or rule violations have occurred.

Note – There will be an Option for 2 Side Open Stalls with Additional Charges which will be Allotted by Draw Of Lots & Subject to Availability of the Particular Size of Stall Only. The Additional Charges will have to be Paid along with 20% Advance Payment. After Stall is Allotted by Draw Of Lots, No Cancellation will be Permitted Due to Non – Allotment of 2 Side Open Stall.

The Rate for 2 Side Open Stalls are as Follows:

1. 12 SQM TO 18 SQM – Rs. 5,000/- + 18% GST
2. 24 SQM TO 35 SQM – Rs. 10,000/- + 18% GST
3. 40 SQM TO 56 SQM – Rs. 15,000/- + 18% GST
4. 63 SQM TO 84 SQM – Rs. 20,000/- + 18% GST
5. 96 SQM TO 112 SQM – Rs. 25,000/- + 18% GST

Exhibitor need to tick the box given in the Online Booking Form for the same.

As you have Participated in the 82^nd National Garment Fair (Men’s) that was held on 20^th To 22^nd January 2026 at Mumbai 400 063 & Participating in 3^rd North India Garment Fair which held from 25^th to 27^th November 2025, the Association has decided to start accepting ONLINE BOOKING ONLY from these Members as per the Schedule given below :

Please Note that Registration Form will be considered only if the Minimum Advance Payment of 20% of the Full Participation Charges by a Current Dated Payable at par Cheque / Demand Draft / RTGS / NEFT in favour of the Association & a Post Dated Payable at par Cheque dated 22^nd May 2026 for the Balance 80% of the Full Participation Charges is received by the Office of the Association.

Also Note that your Participation will be considered only on Receipt of the Payment towards the Membership and Participation Charges within 48 hrs after Submitting the Online Application Form, failing which the Association Reserves the Right to Cancel your Application Form.

The Draw of Lot for Allotment of Stalls is Proposed to be held around First Week of June 2026 in Mumbai. The exact Date, Venue and Time will be intimated to you at a later Date.

Members who are interested to Participate in the 83^rd National Garment Fair – Men’s Section are requested to Book their Stall Online at the earliest.

Permission for Playing the Music

This is a Notice to all CMAI Member Manufacturers and Exhibitors. Please be aware that playing or sharing sound recordings in public without the proper permissions is a violation of the Copyright Act, 1957. If you break this law, you could face fines, penalties, or other damages. CMAI will not be responsible for any fines or penalties that result from such violations; individual Members or Exhibitors will have to pay these themselves. Therefore, it is Strongly Recommended that all CMAI Member Manufacturers and Exhibitors obtain the necessary licenses or permissions before playing or sharing sound recordings in public.
